Design Story

The composition is built as a vertical altar. A crowned red-jewelled sphere sits at the crest, framed by laurel and radiating gold leaf. Beneath it, the character is rendered in warm relief, arms lifted, expression open and delighted — a point of softness inside hard metallic geometry. Two engraved scrolls flank the upper register, listing region names in clean serif type, and below sits a dark inscribed panel reading POKÉMON TRAINER CHAMPIONSHIP, with a smaller plaque carrying a quieter line. The lower third dissolves into a mosaic of coloured gems, each catching light differently, so the eye descends by texture rather than by narrative. Warm gold against deep charcoal keeps the hierarchy legible.

Use & Experience

On a vertical tumbler silhouette, the arrangement reads naturally from lid to base: crest, figure, inscription, gem field. The focal panel sits front and centre at eye level, while the ornamental border carries the composition around the form. The handle side stays dark and open, giving the dense goldwork the negative space it needs. Carry presence is high without becoming noisy.
