Delivery Timeline

Each order goes through two phases before arriving at your door:

Order Tracking

A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as your shipping label is created. Please allow a few business days for the first carrier scan to appear.

Multiple Items: Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages with unique tracking numbers.

Delivered but Missing: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building management, or common drop-off areas, then contact us so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.
