A composition built almost entirely from two values: deep obsidian and burnished gold. Nothing here rushes. The figure simply occupies the surface and waits to be read.

Design Story

The central figure sits in a reclined, unhurried posture, chin slightly lowered, expression closed and faintly amused. Violet-black spheres set into gold framing carry the eye down the vertical axis, while embossed panels — BLACK FRIEZA, BEYOND ALL LIMITS, A HIGHER FORM EXISTS — act as anchoring text blocks rather than decoration. The Japanese characters 最強 sit high on the right, balancing the title plate on the left. Small orange spheres with red stars punctuate the darkness at regular intervals, the only warm interruptions in a cold palette. Contrast does the work: gold contour against near-black ground, restraint against ornament.

Use & Experience

On a tall tumbler silhouette, the artwork reads as a continuous wraparound relief. The face and shoulders hold the front-facing focal area at eye level; the lower panels reward a second look. Carry presence is deliberate and understated rather than loud.
