Design Story

The composition is classic radial hierarchy: an ornate scalloped border with red cabochon-look accents frames the disc, gold-toned numerals sit at the outer ring, and a fractured surface peels away to reveal a receding spiral of gears and dark strata. Two ornamented hands cross the face and point inward, reinforcing the vortex. The palette is restrained - antique gold, cracked bone, oxidized bronze, ember red - so the warm glow at the core reads as the only true highlight. Candle forms and a shadowed skull occupy opposite quadrants, balancing the weight without breaking the circle.

Display & Styling

On a round wood sign, the artwork and the silhouette agree completely: the border treatment follows the edge, and the central spiral gives the disc a carved-looking depth from across a room.
