Design Story

Beneath the moon rises a gothic cathedral: domed tower, pointed spires, arched windows glowing amber as if lit from within. Around it, a ring of moon phases moves from full white to slim crescent, punctuated by red and amber jewel-shaped accents and fleur-de-lis motifs at the compass points. Faint bats drift across a star-scattered field, and delicate spiderwebs fill the outer corners. Two dark pumpkins and gilded leaves anchor the base. The segmented, stained-glass-looking linework divides the deep purples, midnight blues and blacks into a mosaic that reads as one calm composition rather than many parts. Nothing rushes here. The drama comes from contrast: warm gold against cold night.

Window & Light Styling

As a round window hanging, the circular disc silhouette does real work. The moon-phase ring follows the edge naturally, the cathedral sits centered, and the hanging chain accent lets the piece face the light. In a window or doorway, the darker segments read as depth while the amber and cream areas catch the brightness behind them, making it a quiet statement piece for autumn and evening light alike.
