Design Story

Navy carries the whole silhouette, and everything else is placed against it. The New York Knicks emblem sits high on the front panel, its basketball and blue-grey banner catching light where the jacket opens. Orange and white striping traces the sleeve line and returns at the collar, cuffs and hem, framing the shape with clean horizontal bands. A circular patch marks the opposite sleeve. The composition is calm and deliberate: vertical lettering on one arm, badge on the chest, striping holding it all together. Nothing shouts. It reads as team identity worn with quiet certainty.

Layering & Wear

As outerwear, the layout works because a jacket gives graphics room. The front-panel badge stays visible when the piece is worn open over a lighter layer, and the vertical sleeve lettering keeps reading from the side and from a distance. The banded collar, cuffs and hem give the silhouette a defined frame, making it a visual anchor over simple black bottoms.
